MY APPROACH

Care for Your Gut Like a Garden

When you think about using nutrition and lifestyle to treat IBD holistically, a garden is a valuable metaphor. Here's how I help you give your garden everything it needs to flourish.

Cultivate Wellness

Just like a garden, your gut health needs the right nourishment and care to thrive. My programs provide the tools and guidance to cultivate wellness from within.

Beneficial Bacteria

A thriving garden is full of helpful microorganisms, and your gut should be, too. Nutrition and lifestyle can enrich the diversity and health of your microbiome, improving IBD and overall well-being.

Rooted in Science

Whether you’re cultivating a garden or a “gut garden,” science is a key ally. My approach is grounded in current scientific research and evidence-based practices, ensuring it’s safe and effective.

Holistic Approach

Gardens thrive when you give them everything they need, not just one element. Similarly, I focus on nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, stress management, and more, to ensure you have everything you need to heal.

Personalized Care

No two people or gardens are alike. That’s why I give you completely individualized care, with a plan tailored to your unique gut health journey.

Helping You Bloom

A fallow garden comes alive in the right conditions. I offer compassionate care and guidance to help you sow healthy change and reap the benefits of improved health.

Blossom into Wellness
